well, to your disappointment, i didn't do drugs. never have and HOPEFULLY never will. (maybe just once) i DID make a few senior and junior friends that are pretty fucking cool. and the freshman can be cool once you get to know them. well, most of them atleast. but, yeah.
Agreed, @Centro: says my older and wiser (now) self. I didn't smoke, drink, do drugs, or smoke pot until I got to college. I think a young person's brain should be able to work freely without extra crap that can possibly skew you while your personality is still developing rapidly. A certain emotional maturity is needed until you start experimenting. And even then, some people just... shouldn't.
Yeah, these are the years when you're supposed to be getting your life fucked up by immature women. There's plenty of time for other vices later, but it's definitely a good idea to get a handle on that drama before you hit college.

Definitely don't do drugs before college. High school is a positively dangerous environment for it.
