Who ever said intellectual property law isn't entertaining?
I went to this whole lunch talk about trademark dilution today and the entire time was wishing it was as hilarious as this.
"Respondent's domain name, glennbeckrapedandmurderedayounggirlin1990.com/, is confusing similar to complainents' "Glenn Beck" trademark as it incorporates the "Glenn Beck" name and mark entirely"
What should go here?
