What I would love is a cellphone that cuts off when the speaker's voice reaches a certain decibel level. If this were standard on new phones, it would make me very happy.

You know what they could do, right? Work with the people that designed house-arrest anklets so your phone can detect your BAC from your skin oil/sweat/whatever.

Yeah, I actually do think this is a worthwhile endeavor.

I've been lucky/unfortunate enough never to receive a drunk text or message or even a call for that matter!

I have been guilty of drunk texting though, it was pretty harmless, just texted the person to tell them I'd drank to much and couldn't fall asleep.....like they cared :P

ugh i totally have been guilty of things like this when i've been dumped...thank god i've gotten older/smarter :)
