I've got a futon entirely made of hardwood, and it is so comfy. I looked hard for a used futon that was entirely wood, because I've seen so many metal ones end up in the trash. I found one that was hand-made by the guy that sold it to me.

I don't find futons comfortable at all. I just have a full size foam mattress.

i worked hard for it. i'd probably rather shoot someone than go back to sleeping on my old futon.

i've slept on both and i just don't like them. metal were definitely worst, but i couldn't imagine sleeping on one with a wooden frame for more than a night or two.

it was metal. it sucked.
