Me: this light colored sweater dress, that I am blinging up with this gigantic necklace, a glittery belt, and a bracelet. Also, sheer stockings and some sort of shoe that I haven't totally figured out yet. And NAIL POLISH! Debating between gold glitter or pink glitter. Seriously, I got super excited about nail polish today.
Oh man, I haven't thought about it. We're going to a comedy thing, so I'm assuming I can be pretty casual. But nail polish! I haven't taken enough advantage of my joblessness to paint my nails regularly. I should do that.

Can I tell you what I'm doing?! A friend of mine has an apartment in Balmain, right down near the water, with a ridiculous view of the water and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Going to go hang out at his place, and watch the fireworks from there.
A long sleeve black dress with a super low cowl type neck, some super sexy pattern tights, and some simple black wedges. Gold accessories, red lipstick and hopefully good hair.
a friend of my just opened a little clothing boutique, so I bought one of his pink cocktail dresses because I wanted to support his efforts, and the dress fits- so I figure new year will be a nice occasion to wear a little pink dress with some crazy tights and heels and a sequined scarf-bolero thingy.
Black suit coat, black tie, white dress shirt, white pocket square, dark jeans, all white classic Adidas. Feeling pretty good about it, and deluding myself to the idea that all white shoes can possibly not be douchey.

Naw, one of the things I'm working on for 2012.
