Oh man, I got fired a long time ago for that kind of thing from probably one of my favorite jobs. Whole Foods...

Err, in this case, they thought they had fixed the technical thing that was holding up our entire project, and they finally deployed it.

We (the QA peeps) go in and start testing... only to find that this newly deployed technical widget that was supposed to be fixed... just made the whole mess eleventybillionty times worse than it already was.

Proof that to err is human, to truly screw it up requires computers....
