I mean... don't you think you'd post something a little more inspired? What is it with men's fashion being so goddamn boring.
This look is thrown in there, with punk rock guys wearing ties, crazy layering and yet this is "hyped" and promoted. This shit. I mean, HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A BIG MAN BAG!
Just boring and he looks like a model for Aberchrombie.
man you are fast, Heen. He's 16 and Swedish... which means he should have 1000% better style.
Also, on the site, you can list the brands of shit you're wearing... so I thought, well maybe he's wearing a 50€ t-shirt. yet all he posts is: t-shirt, denim shirt, shorts, douchebag.
I remember reading an article on DIY soap making that upon siting the hazardous nature of lye asked us to remember fight club's lesson of how bad that shit will hurt you.
i don't think it's amazing by any means but i think he does a good job of dressing in what's probably really hot weather, whilst also being MALE. guys have rubbish options in terms of clothing at the best of times, it must be gutting when it's hot. MOREOVER, i hate shorts on guys but he's done an ok job. ALSO i recognise his t-shirt and it's driving me mental that i don't know who it's by. AND FINALLY, i am all about denim shirts right now so that automatically makes it good.
kirsty... well kinda/sorta but also maybe no. That is the problem with how people perceive men's fashion. That it is inherently boring. Thus, they give Chip here, a free pass. BUT IT IS JUST NOT TRUE. There are many layering options for men even simple t-shirt and jeans can be made fantastic with the right belt, right fit and some killer shoes (that compliment and not take over)...
i don't think men's fashion is boring at all, i just think most high street shops give guys the basics and nothing else, thus translating to the same looks everywhere. i LOVE seeing guys who've gone a little bit further and gotten creative. so while i agree that it's a basic look, it's still better than a lot of the mr topmans around here. i'd change the shoes, definitely, and add a bowler hat or something cos i love that kind of thing... i just think layering is hard for ANYONE in the summer. i literally despise summer for its lack of fashion potential, i feel like such a bore when i'm not covered in layers. anyway, jeez, i talk far too much when fashion is involved.
Also, I will be honest, I wear shorts and tees in summer because I just don't care. It's hot and I'm bearded and I need all the ventilation I can get. This dude does kinda look boring, but then again, I can't think of the last time I looked at a summery-looking dudeoutfit and thought it was interesting.
i dunno, i think more should go into picking a tshirt than what color it is, or how it fits. i pretty much ONLY wear tshirts when i am not at work, and tbh i get complimented on them A LOT b/c i take the time to find really new and interesting designs by AWESOME tshirt companies. its a pain in the ass sometimes, and its frustrating when you see places like urban outfitters blatantly ripping off an original design, but it makes it more fun too.
the high street's just like topshop/h&m/river island/marks & spencer etcetera. it genuinely interests me because if you look at the difference between topshop and topman... topshop regurgitates catwalk looks in an affordable way, quickly and successfully. it means most girls know what's "on trend" and are able to really experiment with loads of different looks from season to season. topMAN, however, provides nothing but cardigans, skinny ties/jeans and plaid shirts. it has been this way since, oh, 2006 or so. maybe it's because philip greene and his empire underestimate the potential in men's fashion (and the desires of the consumers themselves), but i just think it's a shame. there is nothing better than a boy that's well put together, and i think more unique looks should be made more available for the average joe.
@kirsty! I feel fucking ancient when in Topshop (is there actually still a distinction between Topshop and Topman? Are they both the same store? I thought Topman died in the early 90's)
Also all of their clothes seem to have been designed to fit emmaciated twelve year olds
topshop/topman will generally be IN the same shop, yeah, but topman will usually have its own floor or defined section.
topshop doesn't generally cater for sizes over 14, it's true. i mean, technically they do, but i very rarely see size 16s floating about apart from online. it's ALLLL about bodycon dresses and crop tops just now which is a bit wrong, s/s09 is kind of slutty.
He's 12 years old

It's only because he has a pretty face.
too pretty.
My favorite scene in fight club was Jared Leto getting his pretty face smashed...
Now he wasn't so pretty anymore.
I JUST WATCHED THAT YESTERDAY...
I feel like killing every Panda that wouldn't fuck to save its own species!

ngl, i think this is CUTE.
we are doomed.

I love it! more more!
also what are high street shops, like boutiques?
and I want to meet Mr. Topman, I think. Wait, maybe not.
Hey wait, are his shorts like... tight-rolled? Like kids used to do when I was in junior high?

I also don't make a habit of looking, so that's not saying much.
