Like, I can't even come up with a decent analogy, because they NEVER nerfed the player versions of Akuma or Bison THIS MUCH.

I could eventually take him on medium with ryu/ken/sagat and, yes, even Sakura... but I spent about 90 minutes failing to finish him off with Dan on EASY and I experienced the throw-controller-against-wall urge.

If Dr. Manhattan were a RAGING DOUCHEBAG, maybe.

I haven't found a point to Rufus, except that when he fights Sakura it's a parody of internet dating.

Funny thing is that I find Rufus to be surprisingly effective. Excellent speed and good power. Plus really versatile moves- except his sucky anti-air.

I hate that I like using him.

I like pitting Rufus against E Honda because it's funny.
