16 bit was a good era. The Genesis thread made me long for the days of 3 button controllers.

oh man street fighter 2, ken griffey jr baseball, mario world, theres a lot of them.

Metal Warriors, Zelda: A Link To The Past, and R-Type III

There's torrents of ROM collections around that usually have every game ever made for Genesis, SNES and NES. I downloaded the SNES and Genesis packs and emulate them, playing them with an actual original Playstation controller that plugs into USB with an adapter I got from lik-sang.com

Currently, I'm playing through Zelda, and I'm already at Turtle Rock, which is the last crystal dungeon.

ugh WAY too many: Zelda, Mario World and Yoshi's Island, SF2: Turbo, super metroid, Final Fantasy 6, Chrono Trigger, The Secret of Mana, Mario Kart, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, Contra 3: Alien Wars, Rock and Roll Racing, Earthbound, Super Punch-Out!,Acteraiser, Super Mario All Stars, Mario RPG, Starfox, Demon Crest, Castlevania IV, Pilotwings ugh there's probably tons of lesser known stuff i'm forgetting... Gradius and Rtype... ignition factor...

yeah SNES, probably the best system ever

Ninety percent of my all-time favorite games are SNES games, so I'd have a hard time picking favorites.

Super Mario World and SMRPG are high on the list though.

Games that I played till they broke on this system: Mario RPG, Final Fantasy III (because I'm an American), Chrono Trigger.

I played them till the battery backup fried, I could no longer save, and leaving the game on for weeks to finish them in one 'sitting' would cause serious graphical errors.

I also did this with Shining Force II.

What should go here?
