I haven't been officially hired yet, but I was told the process was two interviews (we're being told the store is pretty understaffed so they're trying to get some new employees in there ASAP - research around the Internet shows the process is normally four rounds, not two). First interview was with two store managers, got invited back for the second with the market leader (what Apple calls district managers), at which point me and the other guy who interviewed alongside me were told that they'll be in touch. About two hours later I got an email telling me I had to authorize a background check, something that I'm assuming they're not going to do on somebody they're not planning on hiring.
