Oh yes, the joys of working in the service industry... What are some of your funny/horror stories of dealing with customers?

some lady asked me if we could print things triple sided. .

Wow. I relate to every one of these stories.

I literally hear this at least ten times a day at my restaurant:

Employee: "We have small or large. Which would you like?"

Customer points to the large cup, which is right next to the small cup: "Is this the large?"

@Carlo: How about labeling the cups with "Small" and "Large"? :)

@T- I'm pretty sure he enjoys the confusion.

Oh and customer service is a crazy industry. People assume that we're some sort of robot/monkeys (sometimes with time-machines).

Triangles: They ARE labeled!

Carlo: omg, people can be such idiots.
