I need to think of something better than sending flowers again.

There's a street festival with lots of art this weekend, so I'm going to go to that to try to find something for my mom. She lives in Denver (I'm in Austin), so in-person stuff isn't an option. I'm guessing jewelry is probably what will happen, but I might find something else neat.

Should I send cookies? I was thinking these: http://www.paulettemacaronsf.com/

Well, I skipped my mom's birthday, is it too much to skip two holidays in a year?

My mom is in the process f buying a house, so she wants house stuff.
Also, brunch at grandma's house!

@guac Oooh, I'm telling! Seriously, a card at the very least or you're in trouble.

@Moosey Moose Where's she moving to? Is it closer to here so we can get drunk with her more often?

Shit, now that I think about it, my little brother's birthday is in a week and I don't have any money to get him something. He was telling me how he was hoping to get some new PS2 games :(((

God, I'm such a disappointment as a big brother/eldest son.

That creepy link at least introduced me to this:

@mizsarah Oakland, so yes and no. She'll probably invite us over a lot, though.
