what is with the weather comission dropping the ball this winter

this is the second time they've said "light snow" or "snow showers" and what actually happened was people having to shovel, roads needing salt.

New Years was a fucking mess.
They basically said it was gonna be NOTHING, so the DPW didn't wake up that morning.
