Teams are kinda like your entourage. You add people and they'll show up in your list of topics on the "main" page. You can read that if you want to see updates from the people you like, or you can hit the public posts section to see what everyone's up to.

Some people stay in their own circles, and others like myself bounce around pretty much anywhere. Personal choice, really.

Teams are just groups of people you like and want to talk to.
