I recently lost my cable (aka, the 5 channels I received for free) due to the DIGITAL CHANGE OVER ooooooooooh! So I actually bought a season of the simpsons, because I still got fox, and it was the only show i missed.

My favorite episode ever is when Homer goes into space. yay!

favorite parts of that episode:

and the dialog between the ants

i enjoy mostly when barney shows off what he can do...reciting whatever the fuck he recites while doing gymnastics...and homer does some kart wheels reciting "there once was a man from nantucket..."

and also when the other astronauts are singing like "america the beautiful" and homer sings the golden grahams theme song.

le sigh.

seriously....im in love with this episode.

My favorite moment is when Homer and the Donkey are at the party, the donkey looks at homer, and then looks at the cake ... enticingly. So funny.

I saw it at the library the other day but did not check it out yet.

My favorite episodes: the sexual harassment one, the one where Lisa goes vegetarian, the halloween special from season 5 (I think? the one with the shinning), ahhh what else! It's been a while.

Sure, the show is more worn than it used to be, but last season still made me laugh---very hard at times. Retro Joe's status update was from a great recent Halloween episode.
