I've seen District 9, Inglorious Basterds, Zombieland.

Oh, and Jennifer's Body.

Given the choice of Surrogates, 9, or Pandorum, which would you choose?

hot dogs!

Surrogates was okay, but not that great. 9 was actually pretty good. I haven't seen Pandorum, though.

bright star was pretty and sad.

uhhh, that does not seem like what you're looking for, though.

i don't even really know anything about the options! oh, goodness, i have to leave this place because it's late and time to go home!

9 is pretty but not very good. pandorum looks really bad. surrogates also looks really bad.

yeah out of those three i'd probably pick 9. OR if its available near you, Paranormal Activity looks like it migth be ok.

9, no question about it.

So how was Zombieland? I want to see it.

_an education_ looks really good!

...oops, i guess it's not really out yet.  but still.

We wound up going to see Surrogates, which was okay. It was a predictable story and emotionally void, but kinda funny and fun to watch.

@FiZ: I liked Zombieland a lot. It's more on par with Shaun of the Dead than 28 Days Later, but definitely not the same movie. It's got sad, cute, and funny all rolled together.

@Skanko I REALLY want to see Paranormal Activity, but it's not showing in the area, from what I can tell.

Thing is, Surrogates the original graphic novel, was atmospheric and creepy and cool.

BTW, Paranormal Activity:

Thanks, Bustie! I hadn't seen anything about it coming here, but now I'll HAVE to go!

it was pretty creepy i saw it tonight, back to back with zombieland. WHICH FUCKING RULES.

i'd say both movies are definitely worth checking out.

paranormal activity has just the right amount of first person-ness to it to make it scary, without being too annoying or predictable

What should go here?
