Ugh, I have a friend who's having similar issues right now. And she's not impossible to date either! She's smart and witty and cute and makes cakes in the shape of pirate ships. I dunno what's up with the world.

also, I'm not a hottie. This also proves a problem while trying to date college aged boys.

Daisy, I totally get where you're coming from on this. I think I've fully deleted from OKC and/or started my profile from scratch five or six times. To no avail, really. I've just decided to completely ignore it.

THIS IS ACTUALLY GOOD ADVICE. Unlike some other stuff my friends say that's like "just be confident!" or "you shouldn't worry what other people say about you!"

@combustie: 29? Really? I just turned 22. Maybe it won't matter anymore once I graduate. The oldest I'd probably go is 27. WHO KNOWS, THOUGH. I just don't know about the 30-something world. Maybe it's not as different as I think.
