I'm already signed up for water aerobics and yoga over the summer at city college, and I can't really afford a gym membership, so hopefully I can do enough at home to get stronger/more toned/more flexible.

dude - try to get in a good walk at dusk. if you could do 30mins a day or even just 3 times a week - it will make an impact.

Get a bicycle. Or ride the one you have more often. For instance, every time you have to go somewhere that isn't too far (say 15 miles or less) and it doesn't matter if you're sweaty when you get there, take the bike instead of driving.

I dunno. I'm pretty skinny and I just lay in bed a lot.

Sex I think. Sex. It's aerobic.

I have a biking-in-cities phobia, so bike isn't a good idea, but walking hell yes! i walk everywhere mostly already, or a combination of walking and muni.

I also realized today that Netflix has workout tapes on their instant view thing, so I did an hour of yoga and an hour of the NYC Ballet workout, which totally kicked my ass. I'd forgotten how damn hard ballet is.

What should go here?
