It's actually be going on, on and off, for over a week. I just presumed that it was dehydration. Signs are pointing to "no."

Well, Gatorade was a big flop. Two sips, and I felt about 5x worse.

Chocolate with chili seemed to help, however. It's not quite as bad, but still is there.
