Correction. On as FTE. (with the same pay cut as everybody else, but in a good position if things at the company rally.) Equals the same weekly anyway, only this way they take care of the taxes.
By take care of taxes, I mean "take out lots and lots so I'm not quite so in trouble with IRS."
