I haven't seen those at all, or at least not that I'm aware of.
To be fair, I've only been really screwed by the Javelin glitch the first time I ran into it before I heard about. I was just like "I'm fucking tired of killing this guy and getting blown up on the spot". But I've heard that XBL is banning people using the glitch, and IW is pushing a patch through soon, so hopefully this becomes moot.

Dude, the akimbo shotgun guys are almost worse than the guys doing the Javelin glitch.
the javelin glitch i really don't have an issue with. Unless you run up against a group of organized individuals using it it's pretty useless.
No, it's annoying as fuck to knife a guy in the back and get blown up on the spot because they're cheating bastards.
Also, rumor has it that IW is working on a patch for the range on the akimbo 1887s.
but then you usually find out who that guy is and never engage in close combat with him, i just find the javelin glitch more amusing than anything.

Akimbo shotguns have grown rather tiresome when they do happen to pop up. Even still, I'm enjoying myself.
