I'm having a hard time. I do yoga. It's not working.

Anything that builds up a sweat helps. These days I usually ride my bike somewhere - there's lots of big steep hills not far from home. :-)
Or I'll play a game like GTA. Virtual violence is somewhat soothing.

I need to go for a long run...

Martial arts. Usually the forms for generic stress. Although if my blood is really boiling, I'll drive an hour over to my mom's house and use the heavy bag I have set up in the basement. Sucks that I can't have it set up at my apartment.

I drink, a lot.

depends on the type of stress, but possible strategies: sleeping/hermiting (ie, not leaving the house, staying in my pajamas, only watching tv or reading) a lot or eating ihop stuffed french toast.

those are how i deal with more emotionally draining type of stress.

I call my mom.

When that doesn't work, I smoke until I'm sleepy.

man...y'all are all going to outlive me, haha. i need healthier ways to deal with stress, like you guys do!

Oh, and I clean. I clean until I can't clean any more.

ah, bizzy and i'll be in the icu together, at least! ;)

oh, crap. cleaning...nope, that uses energy. by myself in the icu. :(
