Having big hands, I found it quite comfortable actually, but I gave it to Strangerbox, since the Droid 2 she inherited from me when I got my company phone is a little worse for wear now. She does not have big hands, but she likes them big apparently.

It should also be noted that the Galaxy Nexus is still lighter than the Droid 2, despite the much larger screen and body.
