I have a love/hate relationship with my hair. Curly hair is so high-maintenance. Most days I just say "fuck it" and put it in a ponytail/bun.
@erica: On the days I wash my hair, I use shampoo by Nexxus, conditioner by Herbal Essences (every other wash).

And about once a week (or if my ends are super dry) I rub in a little bit of this: Optimum Oil-Therapy 3-n-1 Creme Oil Moisturizer http://bit.ly/wHZdTa
I also really like root stimulators because they add a little extra shine & texture but they don't leave day-after powder/flakes like hairspray sometimes does.
