thanks all. i forgot to check this until now. the head has LED lights and fiber fill and the lightning is a 10' EL Wire (from glowhut.com), flickering fairly quickly. i doubled it back and taped it on the inside of the shirt, plus it was long enough to do the same thing on the back of the shirt. also had a loop of rain-and-thunder audio from my iPhone and a little battery-operated speaker. plus a spray bottle to add a rain effect when needed.
