looking at the site quickly that looks like knockoffs, they aren't exactly the same, and do not say apple ANYWHERE, and they are very careful in the description NOT to say iPod. its just a cheap knockoff that's all.
One of them has a camera and a stylus, and the iPod touch has neither of those (the point of the touch is to not have to use a stylus) so they're definitely not the same thing.

Engadget has a regular feature dedicated to knockoffs, and they get a new iPod touch knockoff every month or so.
