This song is ACTUALLY Irene, haha. I looked like a crazy person yesterday because I heard come on Eileen after seeing your reference to that. I was in the middle of a hurricane conversation and was like " how appropriate!" the person was so confused. I had forgotten the actual name that was in the song. Woops.

I don't think Lead Belly should sing lullabyes. Especially if he is your copilot, We can't have the pilot falling asleep now can we?

@DallyDementia perhaps a co-co-pilot?

@rink I have been trying not to let myself sing 'come on IRENE' but I keep doing it anyway!

"come on IRENE" or "come on EILEEN" they both sound the same when sung with a british accent. The lead belly song definately predates the Dexys Midnight Runners song by several decades. When I saw the word goodnight I thought of "Goodnight sweet Josephine" by the Yardbirds.

What should go here?
