O ha yo! Today is a good day for sending me a care package of bento lunch supplies, huh? We were just in San Diego and thought about you the whole time. Everyone there was tan and wearing flip flops! I bet that's not the case where you are now, huh? Xoxo
@Combustible Monkey THANKS COMBUSTIE. :) actually you can go buy a box of cereal... but you're limited to different flavors of wheat flakes (like maple, banana, chocolate, and regular)
@mizsarah aw thanks for thinking of me... actually everyone here is tan too. i didnt realize that the japanese can get extremely tan. like brazilians! and the summers here are crazy hot and humid. blegh..
WAKEY WAKEY HOYDEN.
Something I wonder about when Americans go to Japan: What do you do for breakfast? Bowl of rice like locals? Or can you just get Fruit Loops?
My hotel had a comp (500 yen) breakfast at their cafe, which was basically enough to get either toast or a danish, or a cup of coffee, but not both.
Mostly, I didn't eat til lunch.
