Well yes. It is ridiculous, but I wouldn't call it unwatchable. Maybe it's just too easy for me to set aside my disbelief.

I know the girl on it--the assistant whatever. she's lovely.

BUT THE SHOW IS STILL INSANE. and gross.

i'm on the verge of dumping it. i'm like four episodes behind. i think it's a well-produced show, and i like the father-son stuff. but the girl is a blank, and it's pretty much an X-FILES ripoff... as much as i love JJ Abrams, his heart (or voice) do not seem to be in this show. i just have no rooting interest in watching week to week anymore
