I'll trust your collective take on Ms. Biel and whoever Megan Fox is.
I hope they didn't do a terrible job. Guys and Dolls is a close to perfect musical. The recent Broadway version did everything in its power to self-destruct (changing the time period, using obnoxious video projections), so I didn't go see it.
This is just a silly summer concert and the actors more or less fit the parts.
I don't know if Bakula can sing, but he seems like he has a song-and-dance man inside him.
Lets see, how about a Tony Nomination for Best Actor in a Musical in 1988 (probably before you were born) for Romance Romance. Not to mention many many other musical theatre credits.
Bakula is a song and dance man. Scott is a very nice person as well. I have had the privledge of seeing him on stage and then talking with him after (photos and autographs) 8 times in 3 years. Kind of busy song and dance man.
Thank you for the welcome. I became a Bakula fan w/ Quantum Leap but have followed his career as time allowed. I was a stay-at-home, very busy mom. (Dont let the user name fool you) Now that the kids are grown, Scott has become my hobby. (Obviously my hubby of 29 years is very secure) He remembered my name and the unique spelling after our second meeting. He knows there are fans waiting at the stage door and never disapoints. For your moments, you have his complete and undivided attention. Hubby said Scott is genuine. BTW, Romance music is available on CD. If you are a fan, it is worth the investment.

Ah, Romance Romance. I know nothing about it except that the audiences at my old job hated it so much it nearly put the theatre out of business.
