I brush a little brown on my eyelids and lightly blush my cheeks. I'm trying out a few kinds of mascara to see if I like them. I'm very pale, so these little things make me look more lively.
Out and about - eyeliner, mascara, some eyeshadow and lipstick.
Night out - the whole nine yards.
I don't feel I need to put on make up, I often get comments reflecting similarly, but it makes me feel a little bit better. Its definitely a mood enhancer for me. I don't have to bother with blush cause I'm pink enough as it is, and I love my eyeliner, I feel my eyes kinda... disappear into my face without it.
my day to day makeup routine is powder, a little bit of blush, and eyeliner if I have enough time.
but i LOVE playing with makeup and so a lot of times I go all out just for fun. but seriously... my skintone is really really uneven, and I swear to God I have roseacia or something, so I do not feel comfortable going out without makeup on. :C
i usually don't. very occasionally, i'll do a little mascara and eye shadow, and/or lip gloss. it looks good but i always seem to be doing it in the car, so i end up smearing it all over my face and having to do it over. it just doesn't feel worth the effort most of the time.
Often mascara and maybe a little eyebrow pencil. If I'm feelin' fancy I'll put on red lipstick (cherries in the snow because I love the name), wait a minute and then blot most of it off.
As little as I wear, I seem to collect makeup. It's just so pretty in the little packages. Especially bright, sparkly things.
no. i'm lazy. and afraid i'll look like the scary foundationfaces.....you know, those girls that can't match their foundation to their skin tone? yikes!
it depends... if I'm running late, I just use a little moisturizer and powder. my real love is eyeliner, thick liquid or creme eyeliner!
I only wear powder foundation, never liquid. it looks too heavy on my face, and I don't think it can handle that much make up. mother nature was kind and gave me nice brown skin, so I'm happy with that.
When we perform on stage, we get pretty heavy on the eyeliner and fake lashes. And our teacher comes by and doubles our blush, even if we think we have a ton. It's fun once in a while.
I wear a full face of make-up because without it, I look like an albino minus the red eyes. True story.
I was not blessed with natural good looks and neither was anyone else in my family, aside from my sister who magically came out with brown eyebrows and eyelashes.
yes. concealer, blush, and mascara. those are the necessities. since i was like, 15 i have had this love affair with liquid blush. half the time i look like i have an insane sunburn/am blushing really hard. i can't help it. i just love it.
nighttime=above + eyeliner and shadow, maybe some burt's bees lip shimmer
hell yes i do. i don't leave the house without at least some bare minerals powder on.
people can say all they want about girls who wear makeup every day but fuck that shit. i look like a zombie otherwise.
No. I am not an emo.
@Sven: ooh bare minerals is nice. I used to use it. I don't really wear makeup anymore.
@Previous Toast: You are SO emo.
No.
Ladies pinch. Whores use rouge.
@Dr.Awkward: I'm guessing that means you're not a whore?
Well, I guess I am, but just one without makeup.
renderin' my point invalid itt

i wear no makeup. i've always thought it looks really strange on me, like i'm lying.
At work - nothing.

@cordula: i do that with red lipstick too. i love how it looks but then i feel like i can't move my mouth, which is really inconvenient.
Yes, it's fun.
Everyday, all the time.
Full face, winged liquid eyeliner, never without it. I can't cry for this reason.
no. i'm lazy. and afraid i'll look like the scary foundationfaces.....you know, those girls that can't match their foundation to their skin tone? yikes!
I have worn makeup. But only on stage. Reason: I used to be a theater major.
Oh, also, I have a weird thing about having stuff near my eyes, so eyeliner pencils always kinda made me nervous.
in college, i used to do eyeliner for some boys in a cure cover band.
yes. i like it. i wear minimal during the day, but when i go out? it's on.
@lupelu: I live in Jersey we have a ton of those foundation girls
scary!!!!!
no it smells funny
@lupelu - I DEFINITELY can't have someone else do my eyeliner. :)
ohhh! no, i couldn't imagine anyone doing mine, either! but they trusted me...silly boys.....

i wish they had makeup i could put on the whites of my eyes to make them look less bloodshot.

Then, there was the day I got professionally made-up for a photoshoot:

Seriously, that was the most makeup I have EVER had on.
@mace: that looks really good
i know some men openly wear makeup, but i wonder how many secretly wear makeup?
on women, i think mostly i only notice if it's a whole lot. thus, in my mind, makeup = weirdness.
i had a friend in junior high who used to put that tinted clearasil on his zits, and one time after we had a fight i told everyone he wore makeup.
@strangerbox: Eyedrops?
