I agree that I hate the costumes. Superhero costumes are hard to translate to film because a lot of things that look fine in comics look ridiculous on real people, but I'm so not a fan of this "make costumes look like complicated mecha bodysuits" trend. Ugh.
@Salomea: Seriously. And when you consider that the original superhero costumes were basically derived from circus costumes, it makes them even more ridiculous. But at least charmingly ridiculous.

First, the costumes. They should look like they haven't been worn since 1977. And were probably last redesigned in 1968.
