My yahoo spam filter is pretty good, too. Although I did get an amazing one purportedly from the FBI who wanted to help me collect some off-shore lottery winnings...I'm kind of glad that gone got through, to be honest.
really? that surprises me. my gmail filter isn't 100% perfect, but pretty close. i'd put the yahoo one at no better than 80%, and the most annoying thing is that its glitches include lots of both false positives and false negatives. plus, the spam folder gets emptied too often, so if i forget to check it out for a while, i'm missing valid messages.
i suppose it could just be due to the different ways i've used the two addresses, but i very frequently look at a mistake yahoo made and say, "really? you couldn't tell that [was/wasn't] spam??" hrmph.
