i lucked out with my house. I was able to find one within 3 months of looking. then the housing market crashed, now i wish i could move out of here without foreclosing. i think i'll be buried here.
Anyway; the process goes with delays. The lender is suddenly mired in work and the claim that things would be ready by yesterday has proven untrue. Now we don't know _when_ things will be ready, only that they will when they are, the 10th by the latest.
Which is making the seller pretty irate, and could potentially lead to them saying 'fuck you, we won't sell the house'.
