people still use marjoram? or is it making some monster comeback I was not aware of? I remember seeing a shit ton at the supermarket when i was looking for thyme and said "man who the fuck uses that?"
also they had no thyme...
I see marjoram in a lot of vegetarian type recipes, but I don't think I've ever bought it. I usually wing the spices.
Anyway, the eggs look good. I've read a similar recipe and I've just been too lazy to do it, because the greatest thing about eggs is that they take like 3 minutes! My new thing is to add soy sauce to scrambled eggs.
i'm a marjoram fan, but i have no awareness of what spices are popular. oh, except turmeric these days, because of all the press about how good for you it is.
the difference between the 3-minute eggs and the 15-minute eggs is remarkable! the result has a totally different texture, and it really does taste like it's full of cheese somehow.
