I would find that hard to resist...although I understand your apprehension, especially since the job is new. How much sleep would you actually stand to get?
I live in NJ but am now working in ny. The only way I could actually do this is to ask to crash at my friends place in manhattan. I'm not sure how timely the elephants are so I'm thinking maybe 5ish hours sleep? 6 I can do. 5 becomes troublesome. Still need to check with friend too. Or just sleep at my desk.
Okay so I am like 85% sure i am going to do this now. Friend said i can stay at her place. So i guess i'll go to her place after work, then take the subway back to 34th and watch the elephants then go back and sleep.
I'm trying to find information of the best watching place but am not really finding anything. I guess i'll just stay close to MSG since that is convenient.

Is that after your inner child's bedtime?
new job.... don't want to be a zombie!
btw, speaking of that, the elephants will be marching right past my work building.
i never thought i would ever say that and have it be true.

I prefer my elephant without MSG even though I'm not allergic to it.
that was cute.
I still can't find anyone else who is as excited to see a real-life jumanji as i am.
@linty Strangerbox's inner child goes nuts over elephants. She turns into a 5-year-old.
I am not sure how that helps me.
@linty I'm just saying, you're not alone.
